Minimum quantity purchase is 12 pairs of sandals.
Artwork/Typesetting Requirements For Imprinted Sandals
One color logo imprint ONLY. Artwork for logoed sandals should be sent as black and white vector art files. All fonts should be converted to outlines. All artwork should be PC-formatted and compatible with Adobe Illustrator as an EPS. Must be at least 300 dpi resolution. Please email your art to info@thinkingalike.com.
Art Charges
There's a $50.00 per hour charge for factory created artwork if you don't have the appropriate art for your custom sandals.
Shipping
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Generally, your sandals will ship in 10 business days from receipt of art proof approval. They will ship in less than 10 days if you order your sandals blank. Ground shipping charges (including insurance) will be added to your order unless specified otherwise. Shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska are additional. 8.8% sales tax will be added to deliveries to Washington state.
Returns and Exchanges:
We at THINKALIKE are committed to the quality of our products. All merchandise from THINKALIKE is guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced or a refund will be issued. You must call and notify us of the problem within 2 days of receiving the defective merchandise so we may start the refund process, replace your items or if we have to issue a freight claim with the shipping company. THINKALIKE must authorize the merchandise before it is being returned. There are no returns on "used" customized sandals due to disatisfaction. When you order your blank pairs of sandals and you've received any incorrect sizes, let us know and we will replace them with the appropriate sizes you initially requested. info@thinkingalike.com or 206-301-9999.
